Delivery, Returns & Refund Information.

How will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 2-3 working days if it is a stocked item or 14-21 days if it is a made to measure product
We use Royal mail Registered post for items over £100.00 and Recorded delivery for items under £100.00
For registered post we use the silver bags supplied by the Royal mail, for recorded delivery we use a plain padded envelope
Inside you will receive your goods in a gift box and/or gift bag along with a returns form.

Can I change the delivery address after I have placed my order?

You can do by emailing us info@macibride.com unfortunately if we have dispatched the item we will not have the power to redirect it for you.

How do I cancel an order?

Can I track my order?

You will be emailed when your goods are dispatched which contains a tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail tracking.
